"My money has been recovery"

Dear Madam Roberts,   ( R O B E R T S L E E 6 1 8  G M A I L  C O M )

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for your professionalism, patience, and support in helping me recover the funds that had been frozen on a cryptocurrency platform I had been persuaded to invest in.Throughout the process, your guidance, communication, and willingness to assist me made a significant difference. It was a very stressful and difficult situation, but your support helped me navigate it with greater confidence and reassurance.I am genuinely grateful for the time, effort, and attention you gave to helping me resolve this matter. Thank you sincerely for your kindness, dedication, and assistance.

Warm regards,

Lada Adamic

"Good security, but the 2FA setup could be clearer"
I use tresorit mainly because I like having 2-factor authentication on my files. It does make me feel more secure, especially when I’m signing in from a new laptop or somewhere I don’t usually log in.

That said, the 2FA process can be annoying sometimes. The codes don’t always show up right away, and when I switched phones, the instructions weren’t as clear as they should’ve been. I ended up feeling like I had to figure out parts of it myself, which was frustrating.

Overall, I still trust the service and it does what I need it to do. I just wish the communication around account security stuff was a bit more straightforward. It’s good, just not as smooth as it could be.

"Pretty clean and easy to use"
I found the UI really simple and easy to get around. I’m not sure if I’m just using the basic features, but everything felt straightforward and clean to me.

"Pretty easy in the browser, I think?"
I mostly use Tresorit through the web app, and it’s been solid for me. Uploading files is simple enough, folders are usually easy to find, and sharing links works without much hassle. I do get a little confused sometimes when larger files take longer and I’m not sure if it’s my connection or Tresorit being slow, but it’s never been a huge problem. Overall, I trust it and it does what I need.

"Solid desktop app, even if it drags a bit"
I mostly use Tresorit on my Windows laptop, it’s been dependable. Syncing has worked well for me, and I do like being able to pick which folders stay offline. The app is straightforward enough, so I didn’t have much trouble getting used to it. That said, I can’t pretend it’s perfect — it does feel a bit sluggish when it’s starting up or scanning through a bunch of files. I wish it were faster, but for the most part, it does what I need, so I’m sticking with it.

"Sharing settings are... kind of a pain"
I just wanted to set some basic link permissions, but it took way more digging around than it should have. It was... frustrating for something that should be simple.

"Good for sharing, but I wish it was a bit quicker"
I’ve been using Tresorit for team projects and sharing files with clients, and overall it does the job. The permissions and secure links are definitely a plus and make me feel better about sending sensitive stuff. That said, it’s not always the smoothest experience. Syncing changes can feel slow, and sometimes it takes a bit to figure out which version is the latest. I also expected things to feel faster when working with others, especially compared to something like Google Drive for quick edits. It works fine once you get used to it, but I do wish it was more responsive.

"It’s definitely not the cheapest option out..."
It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but after using it recently, I feel good about the price. The secure storage gives me some peace of mind, and that alone makes it feel worth it for me.

"Works great across my stuff"
I’ve been using Tresorit on my Windows laptop, my iPhone, and sometimes the tablet when I need it. So far it just kind of does what it’s supposed to do, which is nice. Everything syncs without me having to babysit it, and I can open the files wherever I happen to be. Sharing links has been straightforward too, same idea on each device. It’s been really handy for work when I’m going back and forth.

"I wasn’t really expecting to care much..."
I wasn’t really expecting to care much about Tresorit, but I’ve been using it for my work folders and, to be fair, it just kind of does its job. Files show up on my laptop and phone quickly, and I haven’t had any missing changes or weird sync issues so far. Not much to complain about, honestly.

"File permissions were confusing"
I kept running into issues with the access settings, and people on my team couldn’t open files half the time. To be fair, it might make sense once you really learn the system, but for everyday use it felt way more confusing than it needed to be.

"Audit logs are damn useful"
The audit logs make it super easy to see what happened and when, so you’re not stuck guessing like an idiot. Really handy for tracking stuff down fast.

"Support helped, but my trust took a hit"
Support got back to me quickly and fixed my login issue without turning it into a whole complicated thing. They were patient with all my questions, which I appreciated. Still, having the login problem happen in the first place kind of made me a little less confident in the service

"billing was easy to sort out"
i had a quick question about my Tresorit subscription and when the billing date would hit. support got back to me fast and explained everything in a way that made sense. no random charges popped up, and changing my plan wasn’t a hassle. all good so far.

"Works fine, just a little clunky"
Tresorit has been okay for me overall, it does what I need, but I had to poke around a bit to find some settings. Uploading files is straightforward — nothing too complicated, but it just didn’t feel as smooth or intuitive as I was expecting...

"Tresorit has been solid for me overall, but..."
Tresorit has been solid for me overall, but the upload speeds can be a bit frustrating at times. Downloads are usually fine, sometimes they’re fast, other times just okay, but uploading files feels slower than I expected for regular syncing. It’s not a dealbreaker, but considering what it costs, I was hoping for a smoother experience...

"Version history honestly saved me"
I accidentally messed up a work folder and didn’t even realize it until the next day, which was not great. I thought I was going to be stuck redoing everything, but actually, Tresorit’s version history made it simple to go back and pull the older file without much stress.
Restoring it was easier than I expected too. I did have to poke around for a minute to find the right version, and I was getting a little annoyed, well, not annoyed exactly, just impatient, but once I found it, the restore worked fine. Really glad that feature is there

"I gave Tresorit a try for work because..."
I gave Tresorit a try for work because it seemed like a solid secure option, but the integrations ended up being a major headache. It just didn’t play nicely with the tools my team uses every day, and getting things set up took way more time and effort than it should have.
I reached out to support hoping there was a proper fix, but the answer was basically to rely on workarounds, which was frustrating. For what Tresorit costs, I expected this to be much smoother. After enough back-and-forth and no real solution, I ended up escalating the issue internally and we moved back to another service

"To be fair, it’s always been up..."
To be fair, it’s always been up whenever I need it and I haven’t dealt with any downtime. It pretty much just works, which I appreciate. Still, there have been times where I felt kind of ignored when I had questions, so that part could be better...
